Neither ACC nor Income Protection worked for Steve even though he had been paying for both. Steve has been in business for 30 years. He has paid for his income protection for 20 years. Why wasn’t Steve protected? If Steve had been properly reviewed by a competent Advisor he would have an income protection policy that would have paid him on top of ACC CoverOlus Extra, regardless of his business income situation.
